It's "Take your suit to work" day! Best executed when kept on.
Spice up your suit with a pop of color and a knit tie. Pulling off a plaid suit with a plaid shirt isn't always easy (or successful), but you can balance it out with a solid tie and simple pocket square. Make sure the plaid patterns aren't trying to fight for attention. Here, the subtle plaids work in tandem to make a winning combination. Think of it as a way to inject some playful character into your professional wardrobe. And a way to stand out when the world plays it safe (with their attire). Plus, it's hard to go wrong with red and black!
When you need to layer up, wear a nice coat to keep warm. If you're working with a thick wool suit, then go with a thick wool coat for an appropriate balance.
It may look like I'm taking a step forward, but I'm actually doing the moonwalk. However, the outfit itself will help you move forward in life... it won't help you moonwalk though.
