3) What are collar stays? These are little plastic or metal objects that are injected into your [dress] shirt collar to help them stay straight and look fresh.

5) Is this okay to wear in public? This is more for those who know something matches, but aren't sure they are ready for the prime time, such as Tiger-styled Souvenir jackets.
