I hate cold weather, but I love cold weather gear.

I've psyched myself into looking forward to the cold just so I can layer up. Outside of suits and shoes, outerwear rounds out my top 3 style categories because of the amazing versatility (that's a popular word around these parts), and how one piece can be worn in so many different ways.

You can't wear the same polo shirt 2 days in a row without getting a weird look because... you just shouldn't do that (and maybe because you smell). But a coat? You can wear on 7 different days in 7 different ways (just make sure you have that smell part covered). The art of layering can get awesomely creative.
